M40U SERIES

Model M40 type solenoid valve is a direct-acting type 3 port 2 position solenoid valve which switches its operating mode by energizing or de-energizing clean air. The solenoid part is the explosion-proof type, and can be used outside.

Direct mount type is solenoid valve system designed for uses as a component of safety instrumented systems. It functions as a redundant pneumatic tripping device controlling the pilot air signal to the process valve actuator. This system uses 1oo2, 2oo2, 2oo3 voting solenoids to enhance the reliability of the circuit. It consists of 2 or 4 electrically actuated solenoid valve.
