Redudant valve system M40 series, the solenoid valve system is designed for uses as a component of safety instrument system. It functions as a redundant pneumatic tripping device controlling the pilot air signal to the process valve actuator. This system uses 1oo2, 2oo2 or 2oo3 voting solenoids to enhance the realiability of the circuit. It consists of 2 or 4 electrically actuated solenoid valves.
